Attendance winners - congratulations!!

The best attendance awards for a class attendance total last week went to:

Class 2SH in Foundation Phase with 98.1%

Class 4MS in Key Stage 2 with 98.3%

Harvest - Thursday 29th September

On Thursday 29th September we are holding our Harvest Assemblies, which will be led this year by Class 5RG.

We have been asked to support the Raven House Charity for the homeless in this area, by collecting tins, preserved and dried foods for our Harvest Assembly.

Monday 26th September - Non-Uniform Day

To support our Harvest assembly, we will be holding a non-uniform day on Monday 26th September - children may wear their own clothes to school. For this privilege the pupils and staff are being asked to help this worthwhile charity by bringing in tins, preserves and / or dried foods.

Can I remind parents that on non-uniform days the following school policy still applies for health and safety reasons:

  • No Jewellery - ONLY small stud earrings

Sensible, low heel shoes

Open Evening

Lliswerry High School are holding anOpen Evening for Year 6 pupils and their parents on:

Thursday 29th September 4.30 - 7.00 pm

If your child is in Year 6 please go along with your child to visit the school and view the new Quad area, Creative Arts wing including dance studio and music studio.
