The best attendance awards for a class attendance total last week went to:

Class RJG in Foundation Phase with 100%

Class 5RG in Key Stage 2 with 100%

Welsh Week 2017

This week is whole school Welsh Week. Throughout the week, the children will engage in activities to enhance their understanding of life in Wales. In addition to this, the children will also complete their work for their entries for the Eisteddfod competitions.

This year we are also running a homework competition. Every child who enters the competition will receive 10 house points. The competitions will be judged and the winners of the first, second and third places will be announced and presented with medals in the whole school Eisteddfod.

Rogerstone Tournament - Wednesday 8^th February

The team played really well against some extremely tough opposition, showing excellent ball handling skills and teamwork.

Half Term

Reminder: We finish school on Friday 17^th February at 3.15pm for our half term break.

School will be closed during the week 20^th - 24^th February.

School reopens at 8.50am on Monday 27^th February.

PTFA News

There will be a meeting on Wednesday 15^th February 2017 at 9am - the meeting will be held in the Staff Room (above canteen).

All parents and friends of the school are welcome to attend - we would love to see you.

Meeting is to discuss Easter Disco and Nursery Easter Bonnet Parade.
