We have arranged a Rags to Riches collection for 11th November 2019. Your children will be bringing a bag home on Friday 8th November to give you the weekend to have a sort out. Can you please return the bag to school on the Monday?

Please remember all the clothes become affordable clothing and are reused, so need to be clean, dry, and something youd wear again yourself or pass on to your family or friends to wear? Thankyou in advance for your support. This will help us raise awareness of the needs of those less fortunate and raise money for children in our school.

REMEMBRANCE DAY

Poppies for remembrance will be on sale across the school this week. There is no set cost for poppies but a donation is given to the Royal British Legion.

The Junior children will be marking the event with a Remembrance Service on the morning of Monday 11th November. This has been an annual event for some twenty years and is attended by many local veterans. Our children always look particularly smart on this day and a poppy shows their respect for the occasion.

Junior children will sell the poppies during the day. We do not provide the straight pins for school wear so if you have a safety pin for your child to fix their poppy to the school uniform it will help them.

4EA Trip Report

Ready, Steady, Cook!

4EA had the pleasure of visiting Wagamamas in Friars Walk.

We enjoyed lots of different starters and had our own bowl of delicious noodles. The staff answered loads of questions and told us all about running a busy restaurant.
