Christmas Card Recycling Competition

Can You Help ??????????????

St Andrews Primary School is entering a competition.

Every year Newport City Council invites schools to recycle Christmas cards and the school which collects the most cards per pupil head receive a cash prize.

We need your cards, your grandparents cards, your neighbours cards, work colleagues cards!

Please bag up the cards in January and send them into school, if you have time to count them and write the number of cards collected on the bag, this would be helpful but if not don\'t worry,

just send them in and we will count them in school.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH

This years Christmas lunch is going to be served on Wednesday 16^th December. Please note that school packed lunches or jacket potatoes will not be available on this day.

There will be two INSET (teacher training) days during the Spring term - these will be held either side of February half term and school will be closed to all pupils.

School will be closed to pupils on:

Friday 12^th February 2016

Monday 22^nd February 2016

Half term is Monday 15^th - Friday 19^th February 2016
