Attendance winners - congratulations!!

The best attendance awards for a class attendance total last week went to:

Class 1BK in Foundation Phase with 98.1%

Class 6JM in Key Stage 2 with 98.6%

Chinese New Year

Please note that there will be a change in the canteen menu on Tuesday 9^th February - Lemon Chicken or Sweet & Sour Veg, with Special Fried Rice, Mandarin & Carrot Salad, Prawn Crackers, Pineapple Cake or Ice Cream & Fruit.

Easter Chocolate Raffle

This year we will be holding a Special Treat Easter Chocolate Raffle to raise money to purchase additional resources to enhance the childrens learning.

Please be generous and encourage as many of your friends and family to buy raffle tickets to support this event. Envelopes with raffle tickets in them will be sent home next week.

NON - UNIFORM DAY on Friday 26th February

Class assemblies not to be missed!

KS 2 - Mr Godsalls Year 3-4 class will be presenting a class assembly to parents on Thursday 11^th February. Please join us at 9.00am in the lower junior hall.

Eisteddfod Nursery

Nursery - our Nursery pupils will be performing Eisteddfod Welsh Assemblies for Nursery parents on Thursday 3^rd March. Please join us at either 10.30 am or 2.15pm in the Infant hall.

Eisteddfod School

Our whole school Eisteddfod will be held on Tuesday 1^st March - children to wear National costume, rugby shirts or house colours - details after half term.

Tortoise Update

Our new little pet has settled well into school life - he is loving all the attention from our pupils.

Please be assured that we have thoroughly researched how to care for a tortoise and have undertaken all necessary risk assessments to keep such a pet in school.

Half Term

Reminder: We finish school on Thursday 11^th February at 3.15pm for our half term break.

School will be closed during the week 15^th - 19^th February.

School reopens at 8.50am on Tuesday 23^rd February.
